«Olivie» restaurant, conveniently located in the very heart of Saint-Petersburg just 2 minutes away from Palace Square, offers traditional Russian and Caucasian cuisine.
Its cozy interior is simple and modern. It reminds of a greenhouse with abundance of greenery and wooden frames. The halls are complimented with amusing décor elements – wooden shelves along the brick walls are decorated with mills for spices and bottles of dark green glass. Panoramic windows open a picturesque view on the beautiful fountain in the Alexander garden. Casual atmosphere of the restaurant will suit perfectly both business and private occasions from a romantic date to a family night out.
Our extensive menu consists of traditional Caucasian and Russian cuisine with a modern touch. Russian part of the menu shows original combinations, bright flavor palette and unusual serving: rabbit stewed under puff pastry, "Olivie" salad is offered in three different versions - with beef tongue, pork or smoked salmon and caviar; beef stroganoff in a crispy roll with Duchesse potatoes - trivial variations of familiar dishes.
Famous chef Sergey Kulidzhanov runs Caucasian division of the restaurant. Spicy lobio, fragrant chakhokhbili and chashushuli, gorgeous hachapuri with golden crust and classical Armenian dolma – you will surely find your favorite Caucasian dishes in our menu.
Wine from our collection will perfectly complement the taste of the dishes. Cocktails lovers can indulge themselves with popular classical combination as well as with unique signature cocktails of the house.
